The University System of Maryland is pleased to offer the Alumni Association International Scholarship. This scholarship is open to international students. This scholarship is to recognize exemplary students from Maryland matriculating through a University System of Maryland institution.

The AA-I Scholarship Committee will review all applications and select the final recipients. The AA-I scholarship will be bestowed upon a Salisbury University student who demonstrates academic achievement, a strong commitment to community service, and leadership ability.

The University System of Maryland, through the Alumni Association – International (AA-I), Incorporated, established the AA-I Scholarship to recognize exemplary students from Maryland matriculating through a University System of Maryland institution.

Course Level: The scholarship is open for degree level.
Study Subject The scholarships are available for undergraduate degree subjects.
Scholarship Award: $2,500.00

Eligibility for the Scholarship:

Eligible Countries: International students from around the world are invited to apply.
Entrance Requirements: Incoming freshman applicants must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.50.
Transfer students must have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.50 from the most recent institution.
Current Salisbury University students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.
Students must be Maryland residents and all applicants must enroll as full-time undergraduate students.

International Undergraduate Student Y2 Merit Scholarship at East Tennessee State University, USA

East Tennessee State University is delighted to announce an International Undergraduate Student Year 2 – Y2 Merit Scholarship. This scholarship is open for undergraduate international students who have already enrolled at ETSU.

The Y2Merit cannot be used in conjunction with any other scholarships that cover costs of tuition. Examples are CAS, HID, Midway, SACM, etc.

ETSU is the fourth largest university in the state and has off-campus centers in nearby Kingsport and Elizabethton. The university provides numerous opportunities and benefits for their students.

Scholarship Description:

Applications Deadline: February 1, 2019
Course Level: Scholarships are available to undergraduate coursework students.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in any discipline offered by the university.
Scholarship Award: Will be in the amount of $12,500 per academic year (spring and fall terms)
Must be used towards tuition and fees
Cannot be used towards service, programs, and individual course fees
Are competitive and will be based on the ETSU grade point average
Will be effective the fall term and for no more than 6 semesters, provided students maintain the minimum eligibility requirement
Cannot be used when students are charged Erate or in-state tuition rates
Have no cash value

The University of Maine is pleased to announce Maine Global Partner Scholarship. This scholarship is open for International students graduating from Maine high schools and applying to the University of Maine.

The scholarships awarded up to US$12,000 per academic year. Students must have CGPA of 3.0 and above.
